30-Day Return Window

You may return most products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your garden lighting or irrigation product must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • In the original packaging with all accessories and documentation
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons:

  • Installed irrigation components that have been connected to water supply
  • Custom-ordered or specially configured lighting systems
  • Products that have been modified or altered from their original state
  • Clearance or final sale items marked as non-returnable
  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper installation

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  • Contact our customer service team by email or phone to request a Return Authorization (RA) number
  • Provide your order number and reason for return
  • Pack the item securely in its original packaging
  • Include the RA number clearly on the outside of the package
  • Ship the item to our returns address provided in your RA confirmation

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless:

  • The product was defective or damaged upon arrival
  • We sent the wrong item
  • The return is due to an error on our part

For defective or incorrect items, we will provide a prepaid shipping label. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance for high-value items.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:

Warranty Returns
